ITL Launches “COYOTE”- New Family of Uncooled Thermal Products
ITL Optronics Ltd. has just announced the launch of a new family of night vision products - “COYOTE”. This family joins ITL’s thermal uncooled product line. The COYOTE family includes the COYOTE Monocular, COYOTE Binocular and COYOTE Weapon Sight.
COYOTE takes all of the advantages of the world-renowned PVS-7 and ITL''s Mini-N/SEAS and – repackages them with a small, lightweight, low power-consuming thermal uncooled engine – without increasing their dimensions or changing the existing user interfaces.
The COYOTE Monocular complements ITL’s line of unique, compact night vision systems by introducing an uncooled thermal imager that fits in the palm of your hand.
The COYOTE Binocular is an uncooled version of the PVS-7 binocular. This pocket-size system can look farther and better under particularly dark conditions, without having to use any auxiliary illumination. Equipped with built-in 1X magnification (3X with an optional afocal lens), the COYOTE Binocular can further multiply the existing target scene by using an integral electronic zoom.
The COYOTE Weapon Sight is a light weight, high-performance uncooled thermal weapon sight for longer
ranges under extremely dark conditions. It is available in X1 and X3 configurations, providing versatility according to the required operational scenario.
All three products can be hand-held or weapon-mounted on a Picatinny-type weapon adapter, and interface with all existing peripheral equipment. Their advanced capabilities, along with their ruggedized construction, enable a significant boost in warfighters’round-the-clock, all-weather-condition capabilities, and make them ideal for both military and para-military forces.
